1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atria ("the Service"), operated by Apex Works LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Atria is a construction and trades business management platform that provides lead management, project tracking, client management, communications, and third-party integrations including Google Drive, Gmail, Home Depot Pro Referral, and BuildingConnected.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
